- Please note that all sales are final. Review the product details, order details and FAQs carefully before placing and completing your order. Reach out to us right away within an hour after placing your order for any concerns.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of perishable goods to ensure quality and safety for all customers. All products are carefully checked upon arriving to our stock room and at the time of dispatch for delivery.
- We take great care in packaging and securing your items to ensure your order arrives in best condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess and address the situation appropriately.
- Upon receipt of your message, we will report it to the courier right away to find out if a mishandling has occurred.
- Our team will make the final determination based on the provided evidence, product condition and result of our investigation. We reserve the right to deny requests that fall outside of our policy timeframe or lack sufficient documentation.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement equivalent to the damage item/s
- A store credit with the same value of the damage item/s
We strongly suggest to take a video unboxing every time from the opening of parcel up to unboxing of the order itself. Please make sure that the tracking number and other details are clearly seen.
